Named after the great Stevie Nicks, this baby also borrows her stage presence. Her voice demands your attention, even if she can’t quite speak yet. Placed in the middle of the woods with a blanket and a tent, this magical forest was the perfect place to celebrate 12 months of life. Her parents loved the shots so much, they asked me to be their wedding photographer! View the celebration of love here.

Stevie is the reason my wife caught something highly contagious known only as… ‘baby fever’. And I know what you’re thinking, but we already have two cats and I’m not confident another one will work this time.

Baby fever is a real thing, especially when the talent is as adorable as Oliver! Fun fact, his parents are fans of the CW show ‘Arrow’ and named him after the protagonist – Oliver Queen. My inner nerd did back flips when I found this out.

If he was anything like the show’s Oliver, I knew I was up for a stubborn fight. The reality: He just wanted to sleep. I don’t blame him one bit. I enjoy naps as much as the next guy, but alas I had a job to do. I’m just glad no one was taking pictures of my “funny” faces.
